Highway to Well 

Hi, I’m Sally — I’m 57, a Nutrition and Health Coach, and the founder of Highway to Well.

My journey began years ago when both of my parents experienced ill health and were unable to enjoy their retirement — my dad with Parkinson’s Disease and later my mum with Dementia. That experience sparked my curiosity about illness and how it might be connected to nutrition and lifestyle. This curiosity led me to study with the International Institute of Nutritional Health, where I qualified as a Nutrition and Health Coach.

I’m constantly learning and discovering new ways to enjoy a healthy, active retirement myself, and I love helping others do the same. 

I’m excited to share that in the New Year, I’ll be launching small group online coaching designed especially for women aged 40 and over. These sessions will focus on living a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, managing menopause symptoms with confidence, and finally ditching the endless cycle of diets! It’s all about creating realistic, sustainable changes that help you feel your best.

Free Discovery Call

A discovery call is a relaxed,

no-pressure chat where we explore your goals, challenges, and what you’d like to achieve. It’s a chance to ask questions, learn how my coaching works, and see if it’s the right fit for you.

The Pathfinder Session

Your first health coaching session is a 90-minute deep dive into your current diet, lifestyle, and wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore your habits, routines, challenges, and goals to get a clear picture of where you are and what you want to achieve. This session sets the foundation for your personalised plan, helping us identify practical, realistic steps to improve your health, boost your energy, and create lasting, positive change.

Coaching Sessions

Ongoing health coaching sessions help you explore gradual, manageable changes to improve your health and wellbeing. Each session builds on the last, celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and planning practical steps to boost your energy, nutrition, and overall health. Over time, these small, intentional changes lead to lasting, positive results.

My new small group online live coaching sessions are a great way to learn, connect, and make lasting changes in a supportive environment. These 4–6 week evening courses are designed to fit easily into your schedule while giving you the tools to create real, sustainable progress. Together, we’ll explore what you eat, how it affects your body, and simple ways to make food work for you — not against you. You’ll learn to tune into your body’s needs, build healthier habits, and feel more confident about your choices. With gentle guidance, encouragement, and accountability, you’ll discover that meaningful change happens one small, positive step at a time.

Looking ahead to 2026, I have inspiring day retreats planned—each one packed with knowledge, practical tips, and empowering tools to help you take charge of your own health and wellbeing. These retreats are all about giving you the confidence and information you need to support yourself long after the day has ended. 

The Radiant You Retreats are wellness experiences created especially for women, blending nutrition, movement, and inspiration in a supportive, uplifting space.

Each retreat day offers something a little different — from learning about energy to managing stress, from Pilates to yoga, breathwork to meditation. You’ll also enjoy practical tips for staying well and energised through nutrition, and savour a delicious, nourishing lunch prepared with love.
